Animal Research
Over the next several weeks students will be researching a particular animal that they have chosen. During this time they will be using at least three resources to gather information. There are so many wonderful resources on the web that we can use to find information. Please click on the following links below to learn more about an animal.

I am planning to do the same thing with my students starting the week of April 30. Our spring break is next week and we are testing this week. I am going to have students find information on their animals diet, defense mechanisms, and habitat. We are using the Internet and animal info. Cards I obtained from our school library. Would you be interested in setting up a mystery animal Skype for the students to give a few facts about their animals and have them guess? The week of may 7 or 14th would be great for us.
That would be wonderful! I am sure the students would love to share facts about their animals! We could do it either week. Thanks so much! Looking forward to it!
